What Medical certificate (Vanuatu) means
A medical report is required for every participant in a Vanuatu citizenship application, including children. There is no single form: a doctor signs the report.
The CIIP forms have a checkbox "I have attached my Medical Certificate": A5 for the main applicant, B5 for the spouse, C5 for a child, D5 for a dependant. Height and weight are needed for each person.
The client is examined at their own clinic or asks us to arrange it. We translate and certify a Russian report.
A simple example
A family of four got reports at one clinic in a day. We translated them in 3 working days and ticked the boxes in the forms.

Key facts
01Medical certificate
Required for every applicant, including children
A health certificate is part of the Vanuatu citizenship file for each family member. If one member's certificate is missing, the file is incomplete.
02Certificate format
No set form, signed by a doctor
A certificate from a regular clinic with a doctor's signature works. The medical forms also need each family member's height and weight.
03Box in the CIIP form
Tick box A5, B5, C5 or D5
The fund program form has an "I have attached my Medical Certificate" box: A5 for the main applicant, B5 for the spouse, C5 for a child, D5 for a dependant.
04Translation
Non-English certificates get a certified translation
The client can see a doctor at their own clinic or ask us to arrange it. We prepare the certified English translation.
Common mistakes
Forgetting certificates for the children
Every applicant needs a medical certificate, including children of any age.
Leaving out height and weight
Each family member's height and weight are needed for the medical forms. Ask the doctor to include them or send them to us in advance.
Submitting a certificate without a translation
A certificate in another language is translated into English and the translation is certified. We take care of that.
