02 / In plain words
What Vanuatu authorised agent means
An authorised agent is a company licensed by the Vanuatu government to file citizenship by investment applications. Filing is only possible through such an agent.
Contributions and fees are set by the state and are the same with every agent. The difference is the quality of work: checks before filing, accurate forms and fast answers to requests.
BRIDGES runs the whole process and files applications through the established route. The client does not need to find an agent on the islands.
A simple example
A client compared three offers: the contribution was the same everywhere, but one agent had no check before filing. He chose the option with a check and went through without a refusal.

05 / Key facts
Key facts
01Applying via an agent
Applicants cannot file directly
Only an agent licensed by the state can file a Vanuatu citizenship by investment application. You cannot apply yourself under either DSP or CIIP.
02Programme price
Contributions are the same with every agent
The state sets the DSP scale (from $130,000) and the CIIP amount ($157,000). No agent can discount the contribution; only services and quality differ.
03Who you pay
Only against an official invoice
The DSP contribution is paid against a Vanuatu government invoice, the CIIP amount against a fund programme invoice. Both are issued through a licensed agent.
04Checking an agent
Use the state register of agents
Before signing, check that the agent is on the register. If they are not, their application will not be accepted.
Common mistakes
Looking for a "discount on the contribution" from an agent.
The state sets the contribution and it is the same everywhere. Compare the work instead: pre-submission checks, accurate forms, fast replies.
Paying to bank details without an official invoice.
Pay only against a Vanuatu government or fund programme invoice issued through a licensed agent.
Writing to Vanuatu authorities directly.
All questions on the application go through the agent who filed it, so replies do not get lost or contradict the forms.

07 / Questions
Frequently asked questions
No. Vanuatu authorities accept citizenship by investment applications only from authorised agents.
The state sets contributions and fees, so they are the same everywhere. What differs is the agent's service and how well the application is prepared.
Against the Vanuatu state register of agents. If the agent is not listed, you cannot apply through them.
The DSP contribution goes to the Vanuatu government and the CIIP amount to the fund programme. Invoices are issued through the agent; the fee for our work is invoiced separately.
We run the whole process: check documents before submission, prepare forms, translations and the payment route, and file the application through the established channel. You do not need to look for an agent on the islands.
Whoever handled your application: we keep working with you. A passport replacement or document questions go the same way.
