Common mistakes
Writing the address differently from the applicant
Copy the address into field B7 exactly as in the main applicant's form, including abbreviations and flat number.
Leaving the occupation blank
If the spouse does not work, state community work or volunteering and attach a letter from the organisation confirming it is unpaid.
Forgetting the marriage certificate translation
Submit the marriage certificate with its translation from the start: it belongs to part two of the spouse's form.
