What Principal candidate means
The principal candidate is the main applicant in the Vanuatu CIIP form. Their fields are A, and the form runs to 3 pages.
The main applicant provides the full set: passport, second ID, criminal record certificate, birth certificate, employment letter, medical report and photo. Only they prove the source of funds: asset statement, bank letter, 6-month statement, reference and utility bill.
Names follow the passport; field A17 takes the criminal record certificate number, not the country.
A simple example
The main applicant signed in three places per the scheme, and the asset statement total matched the statements - the form went through without questions.
