02 / In plain words
What 3-month deadline for payment and oath means
After the approval letter (AIP) the family has 3 months to meet the conditions: pay the contribution or fund share and take the oath and biometrics.
Payments from some countries are slow, so we plan the payment route in advance, before approval. The oath and biometrics are booked for the earliest possible date.
The deadline is in a CRM timer from the first day after the letter.
A simple example
A payment from Russia was stuck for a week. The route had been prepared in advance, so the family still met the 3 months.
