BRIDGES service guarantees written into the contract

Commitments

What we guarantee

Decisions on citizenship, residence or a bank account are made by a government authority or a bank. Our guarantee covers the work that leads to that decision.

  • Checks before the contract

We assess your situation and documents before signing. If we do not see a positive outcome, we decline and tell you straight away.

  • Fees in the contract

Service fees and the scope of work are fixed in the contract. Government charges and third-party costs are listed in a personal cost estimate.

  • Staged payments

The amount and due date of each payment are in the contract. Additional work is carried out only by separate agreement.

  • We do the work

We organise the collection, translation, certification and apostille of documents, file the application and correspond with the authorities until a decision. You provide documents and signatures.

  • You know what is happening

We report on progress, requests from the authority and the decision. We support you through biometrics, the oath and collecting your documents.

  • Confidentiality

Client information and documents are kept strictly confidential. Personal data is processed under the GDPR and shared with third parties only to perform the contract.

Limits

What cannot be guaranteedand why

A positive decision is outside the provider’s control, so we do not promise one. The same applies to timelines and to decisions of other independent parties.

  • Approval of an application

A government authority decides on citizenship and residence.

  • Processing time

The authority sets it. We do not promise to speed it up.

  • Opening an account

The bank decides after its own checks.

  • Investment returns

They depend on the market and the asset.

We manage what influences the decision: we check the grounds in advance, assemble a complete set of documents, resolve inconsistencies and answer requests from the authority.

Money

When we refund

Refund terms form a separate section of the contract, and you see them before signing.

15

banking days

The refund period after a written request. The money goes to the account the payment came from.

We refund

  • Before work begins

We refund the amount paid, less costs actually incurred.

  • Where we are at fault

We refund the amount paid, less a fixed sum stated in the contract.

  • The law changes and the contract can no longer be performed

We refund on the same terms as where we are at fault.

  • Ancestry research

We refund 100% if the report is not delivered or the grounds are not confirmed.

Under the contract terms

  • After document preparation begins

The first payment is not refunded unless we are at fault.

  • After the application is filed

A refund is possible by agreement of the parties. We provide a detailed expense report.

We do not refund

  • Refusal for reasons beyond our control

These are inaccurate information, unlawful actions by the client, a criminal record, deportation, an entry ban or missing scheduled appointments.

Documents

How to verifyour work

The contract is the main document. If this page and the contract differ, the contract prevails.

  • Contract

Subject, stages, fees, refund terms and each party’s liability, including its limits.

  • Cost estimate

The personal estimate is part of the contract: charges, translations, apostille and other third-party costs.

  • Expense report

For a refund after filing, we provide a detailed expense report.

BRIDGES group companies operate in different countries. These terms apply under the contract with the company named in your contract.

Questions

Common questionsabout guarantees

Do you guarantee a passport?

The state makes the decision, so no such guarantee can be given. We take on the work when we see a positive outcome, and we answer for all the preparation and support.

What happens if an application is refused?

We analyse the reason, prepare a position and propose the next step. The refund section of your contract governs the money in that case.

Can the price go up?

Our service fees are in the contract and change only by agreement with you. Governments set their own charges, so these are listed separately in the estimate.

Who is responsible if a partner works in the country?

We bring in lawyers and other specialists where needed, and we answer to you under the contract.

What if I change my mind?

Before work begins, we refund the amount paid, less actual costs. After that, the refund section of the contract applies.
