The BRIDGES GLOBAL team
An international matter rarely stays within one country or one question. Citizenship can affect tax and the origin of funds, buying property touches title and bank settlements, and moving a family concerns the status of every member.
So we assemble a team around the matter and appoint one lead advisor who is responsible for the whole process and remains your main point of contact.
How we work
We do not pass the client from one department to another. First we work out which questions have to be answered, then we bring in the right specialists and appoint the person who answers to the client for the whole engagement.
Gets into your matter, sets the overall plan and owns the key decisions.
Checks the programme requirements, the documents, the applicant’s background and the possible risks before filing.
We assess the tax consequences, tax residency, banking questions and the proof of origin of funds where it is needed.
We prepare translations, apostilles, certifications and the other documents the particular procedure requires.
If the matter involves buying property or an investment, we bring in the transaction and asset-check specialist.
The client keeps one person to talk to. They watch the deadlines, gather the answers of the specialists and tell you what is happening at every stage.
You speak to one person. Behind them works the whole team the matter needs.

The team is assembled around the client’s matter, not around the org chart

Elena TitovaClient Relationship ManagerStays the client’s main point of contact, coordinates the team and keeps the case moving.Who joins
The team depends not on how many people work at BRIDGES GLOBAL, but on what actually has to be done.
A straightforward application may need two or three specialists. When citizenship, tax, banking, property or the capital structure are involved at the same time, the team grows.
Choosing the programme, the preliminary check, documents, source of funds and support through to the passport.
Choosing the grounds, status for spouse and children, housing, tax and the requirements after the move.
Choosing the bank, preparing documents, proving the source of funds and answering compliance questions.
Property checks, the ownership structure, the company, bank settlements and closing the deal.
Not every specialist takes part in every matter. We build the team only from those whose work is genuinely needed.
Accountability
Once the work begins you get a lead advisor and understand who is responsible for each part of the process. You do not have to look for the right lawyer inside the firm, explain your situation again to different specialists or work out who should answer.
The lead advisor gathers the information inside the team and answers to you for the progress of the matter.
You know whom to call and write to on any question.
Every part of the work has a specific specialist behind it.
Decisions on immigration, tax, banking and assets are not taken in isolation from each other.

Accountability
We do not hide the work behind the name of the firm. The client knows who runs the matter, who checks the documents and who is responsible for each part of the work.

Expert opinion
«The main mistake is to think that a second passport by itself solves the banking question»
A bank looks at more than citizenship. What matters is tax residency, the origin of funds, the nature of the business, the countries the client is connected to and the overall logic of the financial operations.
That is why the banking consequences are better assessed before the new status, not after it.

How the work goes
The team changes as the matter moves. Some specialists are needed at the very start, others join for the checks, the transaction or the documents.
We go through the goals of the family or the business, the timeline and the starting position, compare the suitable options and set the plan.
Before filing we check the documents, the applicant’s background, previous refusals and the origin of funds.
If the new status affects tax residency, accounts or international settlements, these questions are checked in advance.
We assemble the file, arrange translations and certifications. If an investment or a transaction is required, we support its preparation.
We submit the documents, handle requests from the authorities and coordinate everyone involved.
We help meet the requirements for keeping the status, renew documents and deal with the later questions of the family or the business.
The exact team and the timeline depend on the chosen solution and on the client’s documents.
Questions
You get one lead advisor - your main point of contact for the whole engagement. They coordinate the other specialists and gather the answers for you, so you never have to write to several people yourself.
Yes. If the question calls for a lawyer, a tax advisor, a banking specialist or another expert, they join the conversation. The lead advisor continues to coordinate the overall work.
The core team works inside BRIDGES GLOBAL. Where the law of a particular country requires a licensed local lawyer, notary, auditor or other professional, we engage a trusted local partner and coordinate their work.
The lead advisor is accountable for the engagement. They see the matter as a whole, coordinate the specialists and make sure a question does not fall between them. If the problem belongs to a specific area - tax, banking, documents or property - the relevant specialist joins.
It depends on the case. Sometimes a lead advisor and a lawyer are enough. Sometimes specialists in tax, banking, due diligence, real estate or corporate matters are needed. We do not add people for the sake of numbers - only those genuinely required.
No. That is what the lead advisor is for. They gather the information inside the team, keep the deadlines and come back to you with an agreed answer.
Yes. After the preliminary assessment we define which specialists will be required and explain who is responsible for what.
If a question from another area appears, the relevant specialist joins. A residency filing, for example, can raise a question of tax residency or a bank account. The client does not have to find a separate advisor and explain the whole situation again.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT
We will design a solution for your case, choose the country and the right status, and take the whole process through to the result.
