Why St Kitts and Nevis citizens come to us

Common tasks that arise after the passport is issued. Each has its own authority, fees and procedure.

  1. The passport must be replaced with a biometric one

Programme passports issued before 14 April 2026 will not be accepted for travel after 31 July 2027. You need biometrics at one of the centres and a new passport.

  2. The passport is lost, stolen or damaged

A new passport is issued through the Passport Office in St Kitts. For loss and theft you need an affidavit, the Passport Recovery Form and a police report.

  3. A new family member

A spouse after the wedding, a child born after citizenship, a parent who has reached the required age. The addition goes through the Citizenship Unit with its own fees.

  4. A bank or authority asks for a document

A birth or marriage certificate, a St Kitts and Nevis police certificate, a Ministry apostille. We obtain them locally and send them by courier.

Citizen questions

01Do you work with people whose citizenship was arranged by another agent?

Yes. For biometrics the government requires an authorised agent, and the agent can be changed. For other services we work with your documents directly.

02Do I need to travel to St Kitts?

No. Biometrics take place at centres in different countries, we obtain documents and apostilles through the local authorities, and passports are sent by courier.

03What happens if I do not complete biometrics by 31 July 2027?

Citizenship is retained, but a passport issued before 14 April 2026 will no longer be accepted for travel. To travel again you will need a biometric passport.

04Can a child born after I received my passport be added?

Yes. For a child under 3 born after the Certificate of Registration was issued, the government fee is USD 7,500 plus the standard fees. The application is filed through the Citizenship Unit.

05How much does your work cost?

Biometric passport replacement starts from EUR 1,000. For other services we quote the cost after reviewing the documents and fix it in the contract.
