What has changed in the programmes
- 2025-05-20
The new regulation under the aliens law (RD 1155/2024) came into force: the first permit is issued for a year and the renewal for two.
- 2025-04-03
Spain closed its residency by investment programme to new applicants. For a move on your own means the no lucrativa status remains.
- 2026-01-01
The IPREM for 2026 is €600 a month. The means requirement: €28,800 a year for the applicant and €7,200 for each family member.
