Legally, this is not a single program or an automatic route. A Vanuatu passport does not by itself create a right to Greek residency. The Greek permit requires its own basis, such as a qualifying investment, verifiable foreign income or eligible remote work. Vanuatu citizenship from $130,000. Greek property from €250,000
For a single applicant, the government contribution under the Vanuatu citizenship program starts at US$130,000. Under the Greek Golden Visa program, the property threshold starts at €250,000 for certain special asset categories. Standard property purchases are subject to €400,000 or €800,000 thresholds depending on location.

The base government contribution for one applicant. Due diligence, administrative and passport fees, as well as professional support, are calculated separately. A family application costs more.
Greek property - from €250,000
The €250,000 threshold applies to special property categories, including qualifying conversions and certain listed historic buildings. For an ordinary property purchase, the threshold is €400,000 or €800,000 depending on the area.
