FOUNDER POSITION

The single-strategy principle

Sergey Evdokimov - Founder & Managing Partner, BRIDGES

«Years of international practice revealed the market’s core problem: clients are offered isolated products where a comprehensive strategy is required. An alternative status affects banking compliance. Tax residency affects business ownership structure. Real estate affects succession planning. BRIDGES is built around the person’s entire task, not around a single programme.»

INTERNATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE

International infrastructure

Status may be obtained in one country, capital held in another, business run in a third, while the family lives between several jurisdictions. Over more than 20 years we have built an international infrastructure that lets every element of a project be coordinated through one BRIDGES team — with local expertise in each jurisdiction where support is required.

01
Licensed agents of government programmes

Official interaction with authorised participants of state investment and immigration programmes, preparation and filing of applications in line with the requirements of each jurisdiction.

02
Attorneys and law firms

Local legal expertise, transaction support, document review, corporate matters and representation of the client in the relevant jurisdiction.

03
Notaries and sworn translators

Notarisation, certification, apostille, legalisation and official translation of documents for use between different states.

04
Banks and financial advisors

Opening and maintaining banking relationships, compliance preparation, proof of source of funds and building the required financial infrastructure.

05
Developers and real estate specialists

Selection and verification of properties, support of acquisition and ownership, including assets used in investment and residency programmes.

06
Tax advisors

Analysis of tax residency, asset ownership structure, international reporting and the tax consequences of decisions across jurisdictions.

Different countries. Different professionals. One point of coordination — BRIDGES.

Local professionals are independent practitioners, not BRIDGES employees. We are responsible for selecting, coordinating and controlling their work within your project.

BRIDGES METHODOLOGY

Complexity stays inside. The client gets a clear process.

International projects are rarely linear. Immigration status, taxes, banking, asset ownership structure, real estate and family interests can involve several jurisdictions at once. Our job is to assemble all the elements into one managed strategy and lead the client through it — from the first decision to the result.

  1. 01We understand the task

We start with the client's goals, not with selling a specific programme. We analyse the current situation, family composition, citizenships and residencies, the structure of assets and business, timelines, budget and possible constraints. We define which result actually needs to be achieved.

  2. 02We check before the project starts

Before the main contract is signed we run a preliminary risk analysis: source of funds and wealth, sanctions and PEP factors, banking profile, the applicant's history and the potential requirements of the chosen jurisdictions. If we see a material risk, we discuss it before the process starts — not after the documents are filed.

  3. 03We design the strategy

We compare possible jurisdictions and scenarios, define the optimal sequence of actions and build the project roadmap. Where needed, one strategy combines residency or citizenship, the tax position, banking infrastructure, real estate and corporate solutions.

    What we do·Why·Timeline·Budget·Owners

  4. 04We take on the execution

We prepare the document package and coordinate lawyers, banks, notaries, translators, developers and local partners. We control filings, checks, requests from state authorities and the completion of every stage in the relevant jurisdictions.

For the client, a complex international process remains a single project with one point of coordination.

  5. 05We stay after the result

Obtaining residency, permanent residence or citizenship, opening an account, registering a company or closing a deal is not always the end of the project. We stay close for renewals, banking and tax matters, acquiring and structuring assets, changes in the family situation and the next international tasks.

One client. One strategy. One point of responsibility.

WORLDWIDE

The whole world is our working geography

The focus is on working jurisdictions. Physical offices are meeting hubs — all offices are equal.

Global presence

WHERE TO START

A complex task is better started not with choosing a programme

Before discussing a specific country, we review your current international position. It often turns out that the task can be solved differently from what the client initially planned — and at a lower cost.

  1. 01What you have now

Citizenships and statuses, tax residency, banks, companies, real estate, family composition and plans for the coming years.

  2. 02Where the weak points are

Compliance and source-of-funds risks, dependence on a single jurisdiction, banking issues, tax consequences that usually surface too late.

  3. 03What options exist

Suitable statuses and jurisdictions, options for business and capital, real estate — with realistic timelines and entry thresholds.

  4. 04Where to begin

Priorities and the order of steps: what to do first, what can wait, and what is not needed at all.

What you receive

A review of your situation and a clear order of actions — verbally during the consultation, or in writing when the task spans several jurisdictions. The first consultation is free; an NDA is signed on first request.

The review does not oblige you to start a project and does not end with a default programme pitch.

CLIENT PORTAL

The whole project in one workspace

An international project is usually scattered across email, messengers and folders on different devices. We have brought it into one secure portal: at any moment the client sees the stage of the case, which documents are ready and what is required from them.

One environment for every participant
  • The client and family members — see the whole project
  • The lead advisor and BRIDGES specialists
  • Local lawyers and licensed agents — only their part
  • Notaries, banks and other participants — per specific document

Every participant has their own access level: outsiders never see other documents, and the client does not have to resend the same files over and over.

Register for the portal

The portal is being developed in stages: some sections already work, others are being added. Access is granted by your lead advisor.

OUR STANDARDS & BOUNDARIES

We do not sell passports. We engineer an international position.

The result of our work is an INTERNATIONAL POSITION

  • We do not sell fake certificates or ways around the law.
  • We do not sell guaranteed decisions of state authorities.
  • We do not sell individual properties without due diligence.

BRIDGES PROPERTY

A global platform for new developments and investment property

We are building an international network of vetted developers and signing direct partnership agreements with construction companies across countries. The catalogue features selected residential and investment projects — with legal verification, developer analysis, transaction support and the option of ongoing asset management.

Not separate cities — one international real estate platform.

PAYO PAY

We are designing a digital financial service for cross-border settlements, payments and everyday operations of clients who live, work and run business across several countries.

BRIDGES CITY EXPERIENCE

Familiarisation and adaptation programmes in cities worldwide

Individual trips of three to seven days for clients considering relocation, investment or a property purchase. In a few days a person gets to know not the tourist side of a city but its real living environment: districts, schools, healthcare, property, banks, business infrastructure, the local community and everyday life.

The goal is to let the client understand a city before deciding to relocate or invest.

BRIDGES FREEDOM OS

A single digital environment for international family and business life

Documents, statuses, real estate, companies, banking matters, tasks and interaction with the BRIDGES team — in one secure client space.

We are building not separate services but a connected international infrastructure around the person, their family, capital, real estate and business.

CLIENT QUESTIONS

Questions about the company and our work

An immigration agency sells a programme. BRIDGES engineers an international position: status, banking, tax residency, business and real estate are connected into one strategy. A programme is only one of the instruments within it.

One expert leads your case from the first consultation to the handover of documents. Behind them is a team: lawyers for specific jurisdictions, a tax advisor, a due diligence specialist, an analyst. You talk to one person while several verify the solution.

Key stages — vetting, legal review, document preparation, coordination with authorities — are done in-house. Applications to state programmes are filed through licensed agents of specific countries, as the law requires. The strategy of every complex case is approved by the managing partner.

Yes, it is a dedicated practice: preparing Source of Funds and Source of Wealth files, bank selection, passing KYC, account maintenance and complex compliance situations, including account unblocking.

Yes. A significant share of BRIDGES cases are multi-jurisdictional: status in one country, business in a second, banking in a third. Directions are coordinated in one roadmap with shared priorities and sequence.

Yes, and it is a separate practice. Buying a property under an immigration programme is a legally complex transaction: we verify legal status, ownership structure, encumbrances and programme compliance before signing. We also handle investment purchases outside programmes — from search to registration.

The work does not end with a passport or residency card. Next come bank accounts, company registration, the tax model, documents for children, status renewals. Most clients stay with us for years — which is why a large share of new clients comes by referral.

An NDA is signed before work begins. Data is not shared with third parties without your consent — including after the work ends. External professionals receive only the information needed for their part of the work.

Complex cases are a significant part of our practice: non-standard asset structures, refusals at other firms, sanctions-related risks. If we see the case will not pass, we say so before the contract.

No. The decision is always made by a state authority or a bank, and no one can guarantee it. We manage probability: we run an internal check before the contract and do not file applications we do not consider viable.

It depends on the programme and family composition. Our fee and the structure of the main costs are fixed in the contract before work begins. External costs — state fees, banking and third-party services — are set by the jurisdictions' tariffs, and we flag them in advance.

With a description of your situation: countries, family, business, assets, goals. For complex tasks the first step is an International Position Review — an analysis of your current position, risks and opportunities with a roadmap of next steps.
