Vanuatu citizenship from $130,000. Greek property from €250,000
For a single applicant, the government contribution under the Vanuatu citizenship program starts at US$130,000. Under the Greek Golden Visa program, the property threshold starts at €250,000 for certain special asset categories. Standard property purchases are subject to €400,000 or €800,000 thresholds depending on location.

Greek property - from €250,000
The €250,000 threshold applies to special property categories, including qualifying conversions and certain listed historic buildings. For an ordinary property purchase, the threshold is €400,000 or €800,000 depending on the area.

01Why is the Vanuatu passport obtained first?
Because the service combines two separate results: a second citizenship and residency in Greece. First the family obtains Vanuatu citizenship, then moves to stage two - a separate application for Greek residency.
02Does a Vanuatu passport automatically grant Greek residency?
No. Greek residency requires a separate procedure based on a qualifying investment, verifiable income, eligible remote work or another basis provided by law. The applicant undergoes an independent review and makes all disclosures required by the authorities and other participants.
03Does a Vanuatu passport provide visa-free entry to Greece?
No. The European Union has ended the visa exemption for Vanuatu nationals. An appropriate visa may be required, and the entry and filing route must be checked for the chosen residence category and the applicant’s circumstances.
04Who is this processing intended for?

05Must Russian or Belarusian citizenship be disclosed?
Yes. All current and previous citizenships, and other applicant details, are disclosed to the extent required by the government authorities, banks and the parties to the procedure.
06Which Greek residence permit can be obtained?
The page covers three options. For a Golden Visa, a Russian or Belarusian citizen must separately review the filing route after obtaining a second citizenship, such as Vanuatu. Financially independent and Digital Nomad permits may be considered with a Russian passport, but require proof of income and compliance with their residence, work and filing conditions.
07Can the spouse and children be included?
Yes, family processing is possible within the terms of the chosen programs. Before the work begins we separately check who can be included in the Vanuatu application and who receives the status in Greece.
08Is personal attendance required?
Most of stage one can proceed remotely. The Greek residency stage may require personal presence, biometrics and other steps. The specific schedule depends on the chosen program.
09How long does the whole process take?
Each stage has its own review timeline. After checking the documents we prepare an indicative calendar, but we do not promise a government decision by a guaranteed date.
10Can the same documents be used for both stages?
Part of the family and financial documents can be prepared with both procedures in mind. But the requirements of Vanuatu and Greece differ, so a separate application is assembled for each stage.
11Can a government authority refuse?
Yes. The citizenship decision is made by Vanuatu, and the residency decision by the competent authority of Greece. The preliminary check helps see the risks before the processing starts, but does not replace the government review.
