01 / How it works
Citizen documents — without a trip to the islands
A Vanuatu citizen is entitled to the documents of their country: IDs, certificates, clearances. There is no need to travel for them — we arrange them by power of attorney through a licensed agent and deliver by courier.
A request by power of attorney
You sign a power of attorney from the template we prepare — the matter then proceeds without your involvement.
Processing on the ground
The agent files requests with the Vanuatu authorities: transport, civil registry, police — depending on the document type.
Ready for use
On request the document is apostilled and translated straight away — so a bank or authority in your country accepts it without rework.
Delivery
Finished documents are couriered with tracking — to the country where you are.

Marriage registration in the Vanuatu registers and repeat certificates — for family and property matters.
Police clearance
A Police Clearance from Vanuatu — for banks, immigration matters and transactions in other countries.

03 / Cost
Cost of documents
The quote depends on the document type and how it will be used.
Government duties
The Vanuatu authorities’ tariffs per document type — confirmed by invoice before payment.
Legalisation
Apostille or consular legalisation and a translation — if the document goes to another country’s authorities.
Power of attorney and notary
Drawing up the power of attorney and certifying copies — based on the actual composition of the matter.
Delivery and support
Courier delivery and BRIDGES case handling — from the request to the document handover.
The final quote follows once the document and purpose are clear. We never treat unpublished fees as zero — the authority’s current invoice is confirmed before filing.
04 / The process
How the processing works
Four steps — from the request to delivery of the finished document.
Request
You name the document and the purpose. We verify your status and define the scope: whether an apostille and translation are needed.
Power of attorney
We prepare the power of attorney from a template; you sign it and pass it to us with document copies.
Processing
The licensed agent files the request with the Vanuatu authority, pays the duties against the official invoice and collects the document.
Delivery
On request the document is apostilled and translated, then couriered to you with tracking.
Timelines depend on the Vanuatu authorities and are not guaranteed: we give an estimate once the document is clear.
05 / Renunciation
Renunciation of Vanuatu citizenship
A separate direction for those who no longer need the status or whose other citizenship conflicts with it. Exiting citizenship is a legal process with its own forms and consequences: we review the situation before filing so the decision is a considered one.
When it is required
Some countries’ laws require exiting other citizenships. We check whether your case actually requires it.
How it works
An application to the competent Vanuatu authority, cancellation of documents and confirmation of the exit. The full analysis is in the renunciation article.
06 / What we need from you
What we need from you
The basic set is the same for most documents.
Vanuatu passport
A copy of the citizen’s current passport.
Certificate of citizenship
A copy of the Certificate of Citizenship — to confirm the status with the authorities.
Power of attorney
A signed power of attorney from the template we prepare.
Documents per request type
For a replacement — the previous document; for certificates — the event details; for clearances — the purpose.

Citizen document questions
As a rule, yes: processing runs on a power of attorney through a licensed agent. If a specific document requires a personal step, we tell you before the work begins.
For use abroad a document usually needs an apostille or legalisation and a translation. We prepare the document ready for submission — mention in the request where it will go.
The timeline depends on the document type and the Vanuatu authority. We give an estimate once the request is clear; authority timelines are not guaranteed.
A Police Clearance confirms the absence of a criminal record in the Vanuatu databases. Banks, immigration authorities and transaction parties in other countries request it.
For citizens’ children the birth is registered in the Vanuatu registers, after which a certificate is issued. This is part of the family route — details on the family addition page.
No: we first restore the certificate from the government registers, then arrange the needed document. Both steps run as one matter.
Yes, it is a separate process: an application to the competent authority, cancellation of documents and confirmation of the exit. We review the situation first — sometimes the task is solved without renouncing.
Yes. The status is confirmed against the Vanuatu government registers — which agent handled the initial application does not matter.
