What to know before the first step
Four things about how the work is arranged and where the money comes into it.
- The first two steps are free and bind you to nothing
The conversation and the preliminary assessment of eligibility involve no documents and no cost. Their point is to see whether it is worth going further, and in which direction.
- The cost is fixed before the work starts
One end-to-end figure for your family: the investment, the state fees, the check on every adult, the documents and the service. By contract, not by word of mouth.
- One team runs the case from start to finish
A lawyer, a documents specialist and a personal manager are assigned to the case. You never have to explain your situation again to someone new.
- The investment is paid after approval, not before
Before the decision only the processing and check fees are paid — $5,000 for an adult in Grenada, for instance. They are not returned, which is why eligibility is checked at the first step.

05 / Six steps
The path from the enquiry to the documents in hand
The timings for each step come from our practice, not from an ideal scenario.
- The enquiry — within the working day
We reply in the channel you chose, go over the task and find a time to talk. Nothing beyond a contact is needed at this step.
- The consultation and the assessment — 1-3 days
We go through the task, the family, the origin of the funds and the biography, and settle what is open and what the law closes. Free, and with no documents.
- The quotation and the contract — a day after the conversation
We send the end-to-end figure for your family and the list of documents. This is where the money appears — and where you decide whether to go on or pause.
- The file — from a month
Gathering the documents, legalisation, preparing the source of funds, written explanations of the difficult episodes. The most laborious part of the work.
- Filing and the check — 3-6 months
We file through a licensed agent, answer the authority’s requests, prepare you for the interview and keep one chronology across the whole family.
- The documents — 4-8 weeks after approval
The investment is paid after approval. Then the passports or residence cards are issued for everyone in the application and handed to you.

The longest part: contracts, statements, tax returns, and where needed an auditor’s report and the tracing of crypto assets.
- Difficult facts set out in law
Visa refusals, disputes, public offices — every episode carries a written explanation in advance rather than on the examiner’s request.
- Filing and the conduct of the check
Filing through a licensed agent, answering the authority’s requests, preparing the family for the interview on one chronology.
- The work after the status
The calendar of renewals, the record of presence, the tax plan and adding new members of the family — the work does not end when the documents are issued.

What we do not do and do not promise

We answer for the preparation of the file and for closing its weak points before filing. No conscientious consultant guarantees approval.

Certificates from archives and from countries of former residence come out in their own time. We plan the schedule backwards from the filing date, but we cannot make a registry work faster.

The processing and due-diligence fees — $5,000 for an adult in Grenada, for instance — are not returned whatever the decision. That is why eligibility is checked before filing.
We do not work with hidden factsSilence harms you and the case
If a material fact is kept from us, the case cannot be prepared properly. Such episodes are dealt with at the very first conversation.
Not every task has an answerSometimes the honest answer is «not now»
If the programmes are closed to your situation, or the budget does not answer the task, we say so plainly rather than selling something that does not solve the problem.

Is there a charge for the consultation?
No. The conversation and the preliminary assessment of eligibility are free and involve no documents. They bind you to nothing.
When does the money appear?
At the third step — once you have the end-to-end quotation and the list of documents and have decided to go on. The cost is fixed by contract as one figure, with no extras as the work goes.
How long does the whole path take?
From the enquiry to the documents in hand, six months on average. The consultation and the quotation take days, the file from a month, the consideration 3-6 months and the documents 4-8 weeks after approval.
Who will run my case?
A settled team: the lawyer for the programme, a documents specialist and a personal manager. The same people run the case after the status is granted — the renewals and the aftercare.
What if I change my mind halfway?
You may stop at any stage. State fees already paid are not returned, because they have gone to a department; how the service is settled is written into the contract.
When is the investment itself paid?
After the application is approved. Before that only the processing and check fees are paid. That protects the main sum: on a refusal it stays with you.
What if I am refused?
We look at the reason. Some refusals are about documents and are answered by filing again or changing country; some rest on circumstances that close the programme for good. That is exactly why such things are established before filing.
