BG-PROCESS
METHODOLOGY / HOW WE WORK
From the task to the result -one managed process
First we verify, then we design, and only then we start the delivery.
A complex matter can involve residency, citizenship, banking, tax, real estate, companies and assets in several countries at once. BRIDGES first establishes the client position, checks the constraints and the risks, defines the structure of the work and only then moves to delivery.
The client understands what is happening now, what the next stage is, which actions are required from them and what BRIDGES is responsible for.

- 01Understand the taskWe record the starting position and the required result.
- 02VerifyWe check documents, constraints and risks.
- 03DesignWe define the structure and the sequence of the work.
- 04Build the teamWe bring in specialists for each part of the task.
- 05Prepare documentsWe collect and prepare the required file.
- 06DeliverWe start the agreed processes.
- 07ControlWe track deadlines, requests and dependencies.
- 08Complete and supportWe obtain the result and define what comes next.
01 / UNDERSTANDING THE TASK
First we establish the starting position
Before discussing a specific solution we need to understand what the client already has, which tasks they want to solve and which constraints have to be taken into account.
We review citizenship and current residence statuses, family composition, business and asset structure, banking relationships, real estate, Source of Funds / Source of Wealth, the tax position and the history of previous applications or refusals.
Result of the stage
the starting position · the goals of the client · the main constraints · possible directions of work
We do not propose a programme before we understand the whole situation of the client.

02 / CHECKS BEFORE THE START
We check the matter before the delivery starts
Before the main costs and actions we assess the documents, the structure of funds, the family composition, the constraints of the chosen countries and the key risks of the matter. Three outcomes are possible.
The starting position matches the chosen model. We move on to design and preparation.
Certain circumstances have to be confirmed before the main actions begin: source of funds, banking history, the status of the applicant or other factors.
The initial option creates unnecessary risk or does not suit the client. We change the country, the applicants, the order of actions or the financial structure.
BRIDGES does not make decisions on behalf of state authorities, banks or other independent parties. Our task is to identify in advance the risks that can be identified before the work starts.
BEFORE THE ENGAGEMENT
What we check before the work starts
The client should understand the main risks of the matter before significant costs begin, not after a problem appears.
- The basis
- Whether a legally workable model exists for the required result.
- Client and family
- Citizenship, residence statuses, family composition, previous immigration history and constraints.
- Capital
- Source of funds, asset structure, banking relationships and documents.
- Jurisdictions
- Which countries suit the task and where additional risks appear.
- Timing and budget
- A realistic sequence, external costs and dependencies on third parties.
- Risks
- Immigration, banking, tax, sanctions, corporate and documentary constraints.
03 / DESIGN
The solution is designed before the delivery starts
After the checks we define what has to be done, in which order and in which countries.
If the matter involves several workstreams, we define in advance how they depend on each other: when the company has to be registered, when the banking process can start, at which stage the property is acquired and when the residency application is filed.
One client task can involve several parallel workstreams. BRIDGES brings them into a single plan of work.
04 / BUILDING THE TEAM
A separate team is formed for each matter
The team is built around the client task, not around a standard set of contractors.
The composition depends on the task. A matter can involve a lead advisor, a case manager, a local attorney, a tax adviser, a banking specialist, a real estate expert and other specialists at the same time.
BRIDGES allocates the areas of responsibility, agrees the order of actions and coordinates the work of the whole team.
Legal strategy · Tax · Banking · Real estate · Documents · Coordination
Capital calls for more than management - it needs systematic protection in the key jurisdictions.05 / PREPARING DOCUMENTS
We prepare documents for the requirements of each stage
Documents are not needed for their own sake. They have to prove specific facts to a state authority, a bank, a notary, a counterparty or another party to the matter.
That is why every set is assembled for a specific procedure.
Passports, civil status, family documents, proof of statuses and residence.
Bank statements, tax documents, proof of income and financial history.
Source of Funds / Source of Wealth, company documents, transactions, dividends, investments and asset sales.
Agreements, corporate resolutions, notarial documents, property and other asset records.
ALLOCATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
The client makes the decisions. BRIDGES organises the delivery
What is required from the client
To provide the initial information and documents, agree the key decisions, sign the required forms, confirm the budget and carry out the actions that by law cannot be performed on their behalf.
What BRIDGES takes on
The plan of work, document checks, coordination of specialists, preparation of the file, communication with banks and other participants, deadline control and the overall management of delivery.
The client should not have to manage everyone involved in the matter personally.
06 / DELIVERY
Several processes can run at the same time
Not every matter has to be carried out strictly one action after another. Where the legal and operational sequence allows it, part of the processes runs in parallel. Residency documents can be prepared while the bank review is under way, the company is being registered and the property due diligence is carried out.
Parallel work is used only where one process does not depend on another being completed.
This avoids artificial pauses and shortens the overall timeline without breaking the sequence that has to be observed.

Where the sequence cannot be changed
If the next stage legally depends on the previous one, BRIDGES keeps the required sequence.
07 / CONTROL
The client always understands what is happening
For every matter we record the current stage, completed tasks, expected actions, documents, deadlines and upcoming events.
If a decision or a document is required from the client, it is flagged separately.
What we report
- Case statuswhat is completed and what is happening now
- Client actionswhat has to be provided, agreed or signed
- Changeswhat has changed and how it affects the matter
- Next stagewhat happens once the current action is finished
The client should not have to find out on their own which stage the matter is at.
A conceptual interface, not real figures.
IF SOMETHING CHANGES
If the conditions change
An additional request from a state authority, new banking requirements, a change in the family, the budget, the timing or the chosen country may require the initial plan to be adjusted.
This does not mean that the whole work has to start again.
BRIDGES assesses the consequences of the change, identifies the available options, agrees the decision with the client and updates the further order of work.
If the circumstances change, we assess the consequences, adjust the plan and define the further actions.
08 / RESULT AND AFTERCARE
The work can continue after the result
The result can be citizenship, residency or permanent residence, an open bank account, a registered company, an acquired property, a completed transaction or another agreed task.
New obligations may follow: renewal of a status, company reporting, bank reviews, tax matters, property maintenance or changes in the family and asset structure.
Where it is needed, BRIDGES continues the support after the main work is completed.
- Renewal of statuses and passports
- Corporate services and reporting
- Banking support
- Tax matters
- Changes in the family and succession structure

One principle of work applies to different tasks
The order of actions differs from case to case, but the basic principle stays the same: first understand the task and the risks, then design the solution, organise the delivery and control the result.
WHAT THE TIMELINE CONSISTS OF
The timeline does not depend on BRIDGES alone
The overall timeline consists of several components, and some of them cannot be accelerated administratively or legally.
Before the work starts we separate the timelines we control from the timelines that depend on external parties.
SEVERAL TASKS
Several matters can run in parallel
One client can solve several independent tasks at the same time: obtain residency, apply for citizenship, register a company, open an account, acquire property or run a transaction review.
All of them can be coordinated by one BRIDGES team, so that decisions in one matter do not contradict another.
ONE PRINCIPLE / DIFFERENT TASKS
The methodology adapts to the specific task
Citizenship, real estate, a bank account or a corporate task each require a different set of actions and documents.
But the principle of work stays the same: checks — plan — documents — delivery — control — result.
A client's life, family, business and assets may sit in different countries. The solutions must work together.INITIAL ASSESSMENT
