What decides the outcome of the conversation
Four things that turn a consultation into a concrete plan or into a general survey.
- The consultation answers the question of eligibility
Not «which country is best» but «what is open to you and what it will cost». The answer comes from your citizenship, your family, the origin of your funds and your biography.
- How exact the answer is follows from how exact the facts are
The ages of the children, the countries of residence, past visa refusals and the structure of your income change both the list of programmes and the sum. Rough facts give a rough answer.
- You do not need to bring documents
The conversation runs on facts, not on paper. Documents come later, at the file stage: the preliminary assessment involves neither handing them over nor any cost.
- Awkward facts are better said at once
A visa refusal, a dispute, a public office, crypto assets — the examining authority will see all of it. Said at the consultation it becomes a plan; hidden, it becomes a refusal and the loss of non-returnable fees.

The order of the consultation
From the enquiry to the quotation usually takes a day. The conversation itself is forty minutes; the rest is preparation and the calculation.
- The enquiry and a time
You leave a contact and a convenient time. The conversation happens by video, in a messenger or at the office — whichever suits.
- A short form before the meeting
A few questions about the task, the family and citizenship. It is there so that we already know the direction by the time we talk, rather than establishing the basics.
- The conversation — about forty minutes
The task, the family, the money, the history. As we go we settle which programmes fall away and why, and what that means for the timings and the budget.
- The preliminary assessment of eligibility
From the conversation: what is open, what needs an enhanced check and what the law closes. With no documents handed over.
- The quotation and the list of documents
We send the end-to-end figure for your family and the list of documents for the chosen country. Usually within a day of the conversation.
- The decision to work together
Then either the contract and the file, or a pause to think. Nothing is owed after the consultation.

What the conversation is about
Six subjects. Facts are enough on each of them — no documents are needed at this stage.

What has to change once the status is granted, and by when. It sets both the country and the shape of the solution.

Who takes the status with you and how old each of them is. Age counts on the date of filing and changes both the rate and eligibility.
- The budget and the origin of the funds
The sum and where it came from: the sale of a stake, dividends, salary, an inheritance. Discussed broadly, with no documents.
- Citizenships and statuses
Every passport and residence permit, including the ones you do not use. The list of open programmes follows directly from citizenship.
- The immigration history
Visa refusals, deportations, earlier applications to investment programmes — with rough dates and countries.
- Special circumstances
Convictions, court disputes, public offices, crypto assets, connections to sanctions. Anything that gives you doubt.

Questions about the consultation
How long does the consultation take and what does it cost?
About forty minutes, free of charge. It is a preliminary assessment of your situation: what is open, what it will cost and how long it will take. Nothing is owed afterwards.
Do I need to prepare documents?
No. The conversation runs on facts and no documents change hands. The list of documents comes later — once the country is settled and eligibility confirmed.
What if I do not know the exact facts?
Rough ones will do on almost every question: a year of birth instead of a date, a range instead of an exact budget, the approximate year of a visa refusal. Not knowing is information too.
Do I have to mention a conviction or a refusal?
You do not have to, but it is in your interest. The examining authority will see those facts. Said in advance they become a plan of preparation; hidden, they become a refusal and the loss of non-returnable fees.
What do I get after the conversation?
A preliminary assessment of eligibility, the list of suitable programmes, an end-to-end quotation for your family and a list of documents. Usually within a day of the consultation.
May I come with my spouse or partner?
Yes, and it often helps: a decision about status is made by a family, and who goes into the application bears directly on the sum and on which programmes are open.
What if I have been quoted different figures?
Bring the terms — we will go through them item by item. The state fees are the same for everyone and set by law; what differs is the service and what it covers.
