Where they started
The client is a long-time acquaintance of ours: several years ago, we processed Grenada citizenship for him. At that time, the objective was different - to obtain a reliable second passport. Over time, plans expanded: the family needed a residence permit in the European Union, closer to Europe, with all the advantages of European residency. And the client returned to us - because we already know his history and documents.
Why the standard route did not work
An important principle worked here: one of our solutions becomes the foundation for the next. Unlike Russian citizens with a Russian passport (for whom Greece Golden Visa is not directly accessible), this client already has a Caribbean Grenada passport - which is a non-sanctioned country. This means he applies for Greece residence permit directly, as a Grenada citizen, without any additional procedures or a new second passport.
What BRIDGES had to solve
We only needed to add the European component: moreover, the Grenada passport provides an E-2 treaty with the United States - the client already had a strong package, to which we added the EU. Since the client is long-term, we did not collect everything from scratch - many documents and checks had already been completed during citizenship processing, which accelerated the application.
Why a standard answer would not do
At BRIDGES, we executed the standard Golden Visa component: real estate investment according to Greece thresholds and residence permit application on the Caribbean passport. As a result, a strong Caribbean citizenship was complemented by a European residence permit - solution upon solution, for a client who has trusted us for years.
