Where they started
The clients obtained Saint Lucia citizenship, and some time later their child was born. The parents' natural desire was for their child to receive the same status and opportunities as they did and not be excluded.
Why the standard route did not work
Parents sometimes fear that since the child was born after approval, registering them will be complicated or too late. This is not the case. The Saint Lucia program provides for adding new family members born after citizenship acquisition - in particular a newborn child of a citizen - with no time restrictions.
