A Victorian Government agency embarked on a culture change program to support a fundamental shift in service philosophy for 20,000 staff.


The centrepiece was a formal executive leadership program designed and facilitated by Bridges to build their capacity to lead culture change.

During the first year of the program, pre and post leadership assessments showed a positive behavioural shift to more constructive and less defensive behaviour. These results have been replicated over a number of years.


Participants graduated from the program with a renewed sense of leadership and purpose to lead cultural change. Program graduates were selected for executive roles within the organisation because they demonstrated to selection panels a better strategic focus and higher emotional intelligence.
